Production Description

The Zhongshen Poultry Manure Belt is engineered for fully automated waste collection in layer and broiler houses. Made of heavy-duty PP/PE polymer, the belt has reinforced ribs for strength and a very smooth surface for low friction. It carries manure smoothly under multi-tier cages to the discharge end. The material includes UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives so it stays corrosion-free despite constant contact with waste. Operating on a set schedule or continuously, this conveyor drastically cuts labor: for example, one automated scraper system saves about 40 labor-hours per year (roughly 5 days) compared to manual cleaning.
